High-pressure packers for concrete injections or synthetic injections.
Injections packers SESW-115 are suitable for particularly high-pressure power, and it can absorb lower pressure because of their thinner rubber. They are especially suitable for small crack or where drilling would cause damage. e.g stones and tiles. In addition, it can be used whenever deep drilling are necessary.
All Injection packers are fitted with cone-head nipples, suitable for both low pressure and high pressure, as you can unscrew in any case.
Application of Steel Injection Packer:
- Dry and Humid Structural elements.
- Water bearing and pressurized water bearing cracks.
- Filling of hollows and voids.
- High-pressure injection up to about 200 bar into concrete structures.
- Maximum injection pressure. 1/3 of the nominal compressive strength of concrete to avoid damage to the structure of concrete.
Installation of Steel Injection packer:
- Steel Injection Packer is put into the borehole into the minimal depth so that the sealing rubber of the packer is completely introduced in the borehole.
- By means of a box wrench or socket over the nut so that the packer stays firmly in the borehole during injection.
